Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
The GTX 1070 is a high-end graphics card for desktops that was released by Nvidia in June 2016. It is the fourth fastest GPU based on the Pascal architecture after the GTX 1080 Ti. Moreover, 1080 and the GTX 1070 Ti. It was the second GPU to feature the 16 nm Pascal process after the 1080.
The graphics card is based on the first generation Pascal GP104 chip which has 15 streams activated. It is equipped with 1920 shader processing units (more than twice the 1050 Ti). Additionally, 64 render output units and 120 texture mapping units. The base core speed is 1506 MHz which can be bumped up to 1683 MHz in boost mode.
The card features 8 GB GDDR5 memory (4 GB more than the 1050 Ti) which operates at 8 GB/s through a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU has a 256 GB/s total memory bandwidth. This GPU is rated at 150 Watt TDP and requires at least a 500 watt PSU. The GPU supports DirectX 12.0 (12_1) and OpenGL 4.5 APIs.

The 1070 also averages at 199 fps vs 120 fps in CS GO, 80 fps vs 44 fps in PUBG. Moreover, 81 fps vs 39 fps in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The benchmark results suggest that the GTX 1070 is almost twice as fast as the GTX 1050 Ti and is, therefore, the better choice. However, if you don’t plan on playing demanding games, you should consider the GTX 1050 Ti. The GTX 1050 Ti is also less power hungry than the GTX 1070.
